Journal #17: WikiJournal.

A techer in Sudan was put in jail after naming her class teddy bear Muhammad. The school is a privet school mixed with different religions, but high with Muslim's students. She will either get six months imprisonment or 40 lashes. Family of the students want her out of the school and want her to have nothing to do with teaching students at the school. It's just crazy how some one of her status of being a teacher, and to know that she is teaching in the Middle East to make a mistake like the one she made. She sould have known what she was getting into when she first asked the students what should we name our teddy bear. Lady has some guts to do something like that knowing what kind of name Muhammad means to the Muslim people.

Journal #16: Free write.

Well today was a very not sad day but it was bring me down some. I just kept thinkin about my family back home and wanted to be back on the reservation with family. I really wish there was an easy way to make it in this life. The main problem I have is money. I mean just think if money did not play such an important role in our lives, and how much easier life would be with out it. I don't know I guess I just want to be back home, or in other words I'm home sick. I'll get though this just like any other day. Have a good one to who ever reads this.

Tiffany Lee Hecker had a baby early this year in Jan. and was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree murder and child abuse. She had her baby in her bathroom toilet. After putting the new born into the water and letting him die. She told her mother she had a baby and that the baby was dead. Her mother told her to put the baby in a trash bag and put him in a trash can. But Hecter just put the baby in the trunk of the family car. With this kind of news it's sad to hear and it just makes you think what kind of people are out there that would do this to a new born. It's really sad to hear something like this.

Journal #14: Write about a plan you came up with recently.

Recently I came up with a way to get all my taskes done before I go out for my Friday and Saturday nights. After getting a dog just recently I have been really busy, and I all my time has been taken up by my dog. So after I get off work I just get everything done as fast as I can, and with the rest of my time before I go out I spend with my dog. Not much of a plan, but it works for me.

Journal #13: Write about your favorite commercial.

It has to be the one about a car, and I don't not know exactly what type of car it is, funny huh. A group of guys come running out of a bank they just robbed, and their get a way car is in front of the bank. Also, as they were getting into the car some money fall out, and the money is all around the car. About four or three cop cars come and the police just go running in the bank. While these guys who just robbed the bank, and their just sitting in the car with their hands up in the air. The cops just run right pass them, and they just drive off slowly and get a way. Just when they get a way the cops come running out, and the commercial is over. I do not know why this is funny, but I laugh every time I see. So as of right now is one of my favorit commercials.

Journal #12: AZ Central.

An Arizona study of traffic stops found new evidence of racial-profiling by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Researchers cautioned that other factors may explain the high rate of arrests and vehicle searches involving minorities. In 2006 the University of Cincinnati report, Highway Patrol officers were more than twice as likely to search vehicles driven by Hispanics and Blacks than those operated by Anglos. I know this is wrong in number of ways, and while I was reading this I couldn't help but think of what Kanye West said in one of his raps, "Racism still alive they just be concealing it." Just something to think about.
